You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liberty Star Tribune and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law; Binding Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any dispute will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Casper, Wyoming, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason. Upon termination, the user content license and Sections 4, 10–16 survive.
